This is a builder to avoid. One big problem is that the developer employs his daughter and son-in-law as his sales agents for his new developments (in the most recent case, a townhome community called Villorrio in Palm Springs), along with his niece as the "design center" designer, and another relative as the preferred lender. The worst part is that they will all pretend not to know each other and they don't bother to tell you that they're all related.
