Because the owners, Judy and Dave Davis are serious about ensuring that the Airport Gardens Apartments remains a great place to live, they have enlisted the talents of a common sence, no BS, manager, named Paula, and a full-time mamintenance technicician, Cesar. They are the heart and soul of why this place is not your typical apartment community.

Paula meets with each prospective new resident face-to-face, and runs a credit report, before ever offering to let people move in. Upon interviewing applicants, she asks herself, "Would these people make good neighbors?" If the answer is yes, and if the interviewee(s) have decent credit, then and only then are they offered the opportunity to move in. Residents of the Airport Garden Apartments are typically a more stable, cordial, and responsible lot than you might expect to live in apartment homes. It's definately more of a community atmosphere and very probably one of the reasons people tend to remain residents longer.

The facilities and amenties (pool area, laundry rooms, and community areas) are well cared for and the grounds are immacculate. Located just across Tahquitz from the Palm Springs Mall, shopping etcetera (Vons, Rite-Aid, Ross, Office Max, True Value Hardware, The Camelot Theater, and dozens of other shops and eateries) are just steps away.
