I saw a glass topped table I wanted at an open house and ordered it from Charles Townsend, the local dealer for the company who made the table.

The company sent the table but didn't properly pack the 5 foot+ glass top which broke in transit. They sent the glass top 3 more times but never packed it properly and it broke each time. Gordon at Charles Townsend was a sweetheart through all of this and after the last time the top arrived broken, commissioned a local glass company to make the table top for me.

I'm sure Charles Townsend lost money on the deal but they gained a long term customer because of how they handled the situation. I highly recommend their service.
