I would not recommend doing business at this branch I think that they use this branch to train their new tellers,plus the lines are very long most days

I don't like B of A. They have gotten better than they were but still they are such a big organization that if you have an issue that is out of the ordinary at all the people on the phone can't help. Online banking is okay but it could be improved a lot - most notably allowing you to see more than 6 months of bill pay.

On the plus side their staff is very friendly.

I don't recommend them but it's such a hassle to change that I stay with them.
