My history with CSG goes back about 5 years. I won't buy another computer without consulting Gene first. He and his people are truly professional and not after the almightly dollar. They have saved our business history twice because we neglected to do regular backups of our server harddrive. The pricing has always been very reasonable and the service is better than

"CSG" (CSG Network) should stand for: Consoling, Speedy, & Great, especially when confusion and frustration kicks into gear. There have been times for me when my computer decided to go out of commission. The very technical verbiage that followed appeared like a foreign language, until Gene and team came along. Computer Support Group (CSG) is in a class all by itself. Its owner, Dr. Gene Davis, is easily one of the more brilliant people I've had the pleasure of knowing.

But, Gene's intelligence, expertise and knowledge are but a wee part of what makes him and his company such a memorable experience. Gene is modest, humble and as honest as any day can possibly be long.

I was referred to him by a mutual acquaintance who had been his customer for a long time and am so delighted that happened.

I've been retired from the Riverside County District Attorney's office since the end of 2000 and use both my desk top and lap top computers to write books, maintain my own website, www.courtroomsurvival.com, and a variety of other post-retirement projects that require the daily over use of my computer.

Same is true with my wife who stays busy with her computer, as she completes work on her first cookbook and other projects that require the exhaustive use of her own computer, now that she is no longer a Field Representative for the CA Legislature.

Frankly, without Gene and CSG we both would be up a certain creek without a paddle. In fact, when I became the Trust Administrator for the Legal Defense Trust (LDT) for the Riverside Sheriffs' Association (RSA), one of the first things I did was to entrust the oversight of the LDT computers to Gene and his CSG team.

His involvement is critically important to the well being of RSA members who require LDT services, as they bravely protect the lives and property of the citizens of Riverside County.

Frankly, a five star rating simply doesn't do Gene Davis and his CSG team justice, but as that's the highest rating available, that's the one I'll select.

These computer consultants are without question the most qualified people we have ever found. For the past 15 years they have provided us with sterling service. We could not do business without them. !!
