8/16/07 - Because of the way they had served me without cost in the past (see my previous rating), I called for a cost estimate for 4 tires. I had an $80 coupon from another business. They accepted that within the price quote. While preparing the invoice for payment, all of the future service benefits were thoroughly explained. Surprisingly, I was presented an additional $50 rebate off the low price quote given early. Of course, I decided to accept their deal (saved $130). Daniel told me the job would be done in 30-45 minutes. Thirty minutes later, I was on my way with a new set of Michelins. This company's service and pricing policies are outstanding. From the office persons to the garage personnel, I was treated with uncommon courtesy. Hard to find these days.

This tire company, I found, is so busy that it's hard for them to focus. I waited way too long and in an uncomfortable area. I was distressed by the time they finally finished.

Totally agree with Red Rover's review. The same thing occurred for me. Had a leaking tire, went in, they repaired it at no charge, and sent me happily on my way with the same request: "Think of them when it's time to purchase tires." No joke. My visit to them was recommended by a friend who experienced the same service. Unbelievable in this day. Thanks, America's.

These guys are great! I got a nail in my tire and they fixed it for me for free. I couldn't believe they didn't charge me anything for it - not even for their time. They just said the next time I needed tires to think of them and I will. I thought service like that had disappeared.
