Valley Ratings is a TOTALLY FREE service that enables you to provide your opinion of local businesses and restaurants and use the feedback others have about a business to make a better informed decision before you shop. How do we make money? Right now we don't. What? How can that be? There's got to be a catch, right? Nope. No catch. Valley Ratings wasn't started to make money. It was started because we wanted to know what businesses other people liked (or didn't like) so we didn't always have to find out what a business was like through our own trial and error. It was started because we were tired of not knowing who the 'good guys' were so we got stuck dealing with businesses who treated us badly or tried to take advantage of us. The purpose of Valley Ratings isn't to "stick it to" businesses. On the contrary, the purpose of Valley Ratings is to help spotlight the businesses and restaurants that provide great value and service and to shine light on the companies that need to improve. If we all share the good (and bad) experiences we have had with local businesses and restaurants it will help improve the quality of service in the valley and benefit everyone so ...
